Plan Includes

  • Addresses imbalances, posture, and movement patterns to optimize performance and reduce injury risk.

  • 3️⃣ Personalized Warm-Ups & Activation Drills

  • Structured warm-up routines tailored to your needs, improving mobility and joint readiness before training.

  • 4️⃣ Phased Progression

  • Programming built around progressive overload and intentional training phases (volume, intensity, deloads as needed).

  • ⚠️ This service is training-only. Meal plans, supplement guidance, and PED coaching are not included.

How it works

  • 1. Initial Intake & Assessment
  • You’ll complete a detailed intake form covering your training history, goals, injuries, movement limitations, and available equipment.
  • Optional: submit training footage for movement analysis.
  • 2. Program Build-Out (8–16 Weeks)
  • I’ll design a custom training block based on your goals (hypertrophy, strength, or recomposition), experience, and structural needs.
  • Includes corrective exercises and warm-up protocols specific to you.
  • 3. Program Delivery
  • Your training block is delivered in a structured format
  • Includes exercise selection, sets/reps, rest periods, and progression targets.
  • 4. Self-Paced Execution
  • You run the program independently over 8–16 weeks.
  • Training is designed to progress across phases with clear focus and intent.
  • 5. Optional review
  • • You can choose to send training videos for feedback. (With in reason, no more than one submission per week and can include up to 5 videos)
  • • Adjustments or exercise substitutions available if needed. (With in reason, if there are more than 4 separate occasions for substitutions then there will be an extra charge of full plan restructure)
